Story Board

Intro:

A project has been given to me to make a storyboard, even though I never make one before. I am giving my all to make it happen, this story board took me almost a week in total to finish. I sketch the scene by drawing in a A4 paper and I scan it and edit it with adobe Lightroom to make it more visible, then I out them all together in Photoshop.

The storyboard is about making an opening sequel of Hans Christian Anderson’s Tales and I choose to make the opening sequel for Thumbelina.

The StoryBoard is Targeted to the young audience that is gendered female. As the story attract most girls than boys, since the story involve love, marriage and happy ending element.

The opening sequel will takes about 32 second, since I believe a long sequel will lost there attractiveness and also will create boredom. There are 6 scenes are planned, each Scene will consist about 5 seconds.

The scene shown will be representing the end of each scene.

This is the StoryBoard:

All the view of the scene are base documenting the vision of a bird, so we are looking in from the bird eyes

From the start of the scene a song called “Let Me Be Your Wings” will be played as a background song and the vocal singing will start from scene 5 to 6. the song will be edit to suit the scene. Moreover other sound effect will also be incorporate on the scene.
